I walked through the fields with a camera in each hand.

To film Staan, the artist stood for long periods of time in an almost empty landscape with his back to the camera. Ten consecutive minutes of video, without further editing, were used to create a loop. The work was created in the Las Cañadas crater on Mount Teide, Tenerife (Sp).
